With me as a coach, you get the best of both worlds. I can coach you in your craft and in your leadership skills. And not superficially. We go deeper. We figure out what brings out the best and the worst in you and together we create a path forward.
I bring 15 years of experience as a Designer, Product Manager, and People Manager. I've built design departments for start-ups. I've coached managers on people management skills. Whatever you are struggling with at work, chances are we can figure it out together.
14 years ago I was diagnosed with an auto-immune disease. It cut my energy in half.
If we have met, you know I'm very ambitious and energetic, so naturally I went into not 1 but 2 burn-outs.
I had to re-learn how to spend energy, get energy and how to reduce stress. I wanted to lead teams from the front-lines, but still come home and have enough energy to be a great dad.
I can balance my energy now, but that's after 14 years of hard-earned lessons. I want you to benefit from what I've learned.
